Trigger Avoidance Key points:
- Avoid and/limit any exposure to known allergens
- Wash clothes and bedding to reduce allergenic build up
Dust |

Dietary Triggers |
If there is anything in your diet which is causing flare-ups – it's crucial to cut them out, even if you really enjoy consuming them. It's always best to find safe replacements for each ingredient rather than just eliminating chunks of your diet. See Diet and Nutrition section for more information.

When I was prescribed a new topical steroid, I found that the first application caused me to come up in hives. This was the last time I used that treatment! I updated my GP with the news and agreed a way ahead. It's always best to try anything new out on a small area of skin to check whether you are allergic.
